These Terms govern your access to and use of the print-on-demand platform, website, services, integrations and related tools operated by Inspiration Gifts. By creating an account, connecting a store, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Introduction
Welcome to Inspiration Gifts ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the print-on-demand platform, website, services, integrations, and related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a store, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Service Overview
Inspiration Gifts provides tools for merchants to: • Connect third-party ecommerce stores (e.g., Shopify) • Create, customize, and publish print-on-demand products • Upload and manage artwork and designs • Sync products and orders between platforms • Outsource production, printing, and shipping of ordered items The company produces orders on demand and handles fulfilment directly with customers.

Eligibility
Users must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate account information • Have the legal right to operate a store and upload artwork • Comply with store platform terms (e.g., Shopify Terms of Use)

Store Integrations
By connecting an ecommerce store, users grant permission to: • Read and sync products • Publish POD products to the store • Read orders containing POD products • Fulfil, update, and manage these orders on the user's behalf • Register webhooks and fulfilment services needed for automation Users may disconnect their store at any time. Upon disconnecting, product data remains intact for order-related recordkeeping.

User Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of: • Artwork • Designs • Logos • Product data uploaded Users grant the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use designs for fulfilling orders, store, process, duplicate, and manipulate artwork to produce products, and display product previews within the store and dashboard. Users represent that their content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Product Creation & Publishing
Users are responsible for: • Ensuring artwork quality, sizing, and placement • Reviewing product previews before publishing • Choosing pricing and product variants in their store • Ensuring products comply with platform policies (e.g., Shopify acceptable use) The company reserves the right to refuse production of unlawful or prohibited content, including hate speech, violence, pornography, and copyright-infringing material.

Orders & Fulfilment
When a customer purchases a product containing a user's design: • The order is automatically imported into the system • The company prints, prepares, and ships the product to the customer • Tracking information is sent back to the user's store • The user is charged the agreed production cost Fulfilment times and delays may vary based on demand, supplier capacity, and seasonality. The company is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect customer information.

Pricing & Billing
Production costs and shipping rates are displayed within the platform. Users authorize the company to: • Charge the payment method for production and shipping costs • Charge additional fees for express services (if selected) All fees are subject to change with notice.

Refunds & Returns
Because products are custom-printed: • The company does not accept returns for buyer's remorse • The company will replace items damaged, misprinted, or defective at no cost • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery The company may require photographic evidence or item details to process replacements.

Account Termination
The company may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms • Upload prohibited content • Abuse the platform • Fail to pay outstanding charges Users may close their account at any time.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to the company in the last 6 months. All services are provided "as-is" and "as available".

Changes to These Terms
The company may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notices.
