All products fulfilled by Inspiration are made to order using artwork, designs, and product selections provided by the merchant at the time of order. Because each item is custom-produced, returns and refunds are only available under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

Every item is produced on demand once an order is placed and merchant payment accepted. This ensures efficient production and reduces waste, but it also means that products cannot be restocked or resold. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or design choices approved during purchase. Merchants and their customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, product selections, and order details are correct before submitting an order for fulfilment.

Refund Eligibility

We will offer a replacement or refund if an order is: • Damaged during production or shipping • Defective or materially flawed • Produced incorrectly compared to the approved order specifications Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Reports must include: • The order number • A description of the issue • Clear photographs showing the defect or problem Once reviewed and approved, we will reprint and reship the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Refund Exclusions

We are not responsible for issues resulting from merchant-provided content or buyer selections, including: • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in submitted designs • Low-resolution, low-quality, or improperly formatted artwork • Incorrect sizing, colour, product type, or variant selected during purchase • Design placement, alignment, or layout issues originating from submitted files • Minor variations in colour or placement due to standard production tolerances Merchants are responsible for ensuring their designs meet quality requirements and are correctly configured before publishing products.

Merchant Responsibility

Inspiration acts solely as a fulfilment provider. Merchants are responsible for: • The content and accuracy of designs they upload • Customer service communication with their buyers • Providing accurate product descriptions and previews We do not proofread, edit, or modify merchant-submitted artwork.

Lost or Failed Deliveries

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced at no additional cost. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the merchant or customer may be subject to reshipping fees.

Production and Quality Standards

All products are produced using commercial-grade equipment and quality-checked before dispatch. Minor variations inherent to the print-on-demand process do not qualify as defects.
