What is Brandflow?

Brandflow is a print-on-demand platform built and operated by Inspiration Gifts, a UK print facility based in the UK. You design the products, connect your store, and we handle everything else — printing, packing, and shipping to your customers.

Your customers never see us. They see your brand, your packaging, your store.

Who actually prints and ships the products?

All printing and fulfilment is done by Inspiration Gifts, our UK print facility. Every order — whether it's a tee, hoodie, mug, or tote — is produced in one place. No third-party warehouses, no quality lottery.

Brandflow is the platform that sits on top, connecting your store to Inspiration's production team.

How much does it cost to get started?

Nothing. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscription, and no minimum orders. You only pay for products when a customer buys one — and that cost is shown to you upfront before you publish anything.

Your margin is the difference between our production cost and the retail price you set.

Question 4

Do I need a Shopify store?

Accepted Answer

You need a connected store to publish products and receive customer orders automatically. Currently we support Shopify as our primary integration, with WooCommerce and API access available.

If you don't have a store yet, you can still explore the platform and build products — you just won't be able to publish them until a store is connected.

Question 5

How do I connect my Shopify store?

Accepted Answer

From your Brandflow dashboard, go to Settings → Stores and click "Connect store". You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorise the connection. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Once connected, you can publish products directly to your Shopify storefront with a single click.

Question 6

What products can I sell?

Accepted Answer

Our catalogue includes garments (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, polos), accessories (tote bags, caps, beanies), drinkware (mugs, bottles), and more. New products are added regularly.

What file format should I upload for artwork?

Accepted Answer

We recommend PNG files with a transparent background for best results. For garments, aim for at least 150 DPI at the intended print size — higher is better. For detailed or photographic designs, 300 DPI is ideal.

What print positions are available?

Accepted Answer

Most garments support front print, back print, or front and back combined. Some products also support sleeve or chest pocket positions. The available positions for each product are shown in the designer when you build a product.

Question 9

Can I see what my design will look like before publishing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Brandflow designer gives you a live preview of your artwork on the garment as you position it. Front and back composite product shots are generated automatically when you save the product.

For professional lifestyle mockups, you can request custom mockups from within your product page — these are typically created by our team within 2 hours during working hours.

Question 10

How many colours and sizes can I offer?

Accepted Answer

As many as the garment supports. When you build a product you can select any combination of colours and sizes available for that blank. There's no extra cost for offering more variants — each one is only produced when ordered.

How does publishing work?

Accepted Answer

Once you're happy with a product, hit Publish to store from your product dashboard. Your product — with images, variants, and pricing — is pushed directly to your Shopify store as a new listing.

Your customers see it as a normal product in your store. Brandflow is invisible to them.

Can I change the price after publishing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can update your retail price at any time in the Brandflow dashboard. Changes sync to your store. Your production cost stays the same — any change in retail price simply changes your margin.

Can I edit the product description and images in Shopify?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once a product is published to your store, you can edit the listing in Shopify just like any other product — title, description, images, SEO. Brandflow continues to handle fulfilment regardless of changes you make to the listing in Shopify.

Question 14

What happens if I disconnect my store?

Accepted Answer

Your products and order history remain in Brandflow. Products already published to your store will stay live in Shopify but will no longer be managed by Brandflow — you'd need to handle or remove them manually. Outstanding orders will still be fulfilled.

How do orders get to you?

Accepted Answer

Automatically. When a customer places an order in your Shopify store containing a Brandflow product, it flows straight into our production system via webhook — no manual forwarding, no spreadsheets. You'll see it appear in your Brandflow dashboard immediately.

How fast do you dispatch?

Accepted Answer

Our core garment range dispatches within 48 hours of order receipt. Extended and specialist products have longer production times, which are clearly shown on each product in the catalogue.

After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Total order-to-door time is usually 3–5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international destinations are displayed at the point of product creation. Some restrictions apply to certain countries.

Question 18

Can my customers track their order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is sent back to your Shopify store and your customer receives a shipping notification with their tracking number — all under your brand.

What if an order arrives damaged or with a print error?

We'll replace it, at no cost to you. Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery to support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement promptly.

We may ask for the faulty item to be returned in some cases — return postage is covered by us.

Question 20

What is "Order for me"?

Accepted Answer

"Order for me" lets you, as a merchant, place an order for your own products — for samples, personal use, gifts, or anything else. It's separate from your customer store and uses trade pricing.

You'll find the button inside each product in your Brandflow dashboard.

Question 21

How is the pricing for trade orders handled?

Accepted Answer

Trade orders aren't automatically charged. Instead, our team receives your order, reviews it, and contacts you with a quote and invoice. Payment terms are agreed at the time of each order.

Trade pricing is typically lower than the retail price you'd set in your store, reflecting our direct relationship with you as a merchant.

How long do trade orders take?

Trade orders follow the same production timelines as customer orders. Our team will confirm a production and dispatch estimate when they confirm your order. Core garments typically dispatch within 48 hours of production confirmation.

Can I order multiple products in one trade order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — email us at support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk directly if you want to place a multi-product trade order and we'll handle it as a single request. The in-app "Order for me" form is best suited to single-product orders.

Question 24

When do I get charged for customer orders?

Accepted Answer

You are charged the production and shipping cost when a customer order is received and moves into production. The cost is deducted from your registered payment method automatically.

The production cost for each product is shown clearly in your Brandflow dashboard — it's the "Your cost" figure displayed on every product card.

Question 25

How do I set my retail price and margin?

Accepted Answer

You set your own retail price when building or editing a product. Brandflow shows you the production cost — your retail price minus that cost is your gross margin per unit, shown in real time as you set the price.

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. There's no monthly fee, no setup cost, no per-product listing fee. You pay the production cost per order, plus shipping. Express production options carry an additional fee, displayed at the point of selection. That's it.

Can I get an invoice for my orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Production charges appear in your billing history in the Brandflow dashboard. For a formal invoice for any transaction, email support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk with your order reference.

Can customers return a product they just don't want?

Accepted Answer

Because all products are custom-printed to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse — and this is standard across the print-on-demand industry.

We recommend making this clear in your store's returns policy so your customers know before they purchase.

What if my customer receives the wrong item?

Accepted Answer

Contact us at support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk with the order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

My customer says the print looks faded or wrong. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Send us a clear photo of the issue to support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk. If the print is genuinely below quality standards, we'll replace it free of charge. We quality-check every order before it leaves our facility, but if something slips through we want to know.

Question 31

What if there's a delay with my customer's order?

Accepted Answer

Check the order status in your Brandflow dashboard first — it shows the current production stage. If an order is significantly delayed beyond the expected dispatch window, contact us and we'll investigate with our production team.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched, but we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
