Terms of
Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Brandflow, a print-on-demand platform operated by Inspiration Gifts Ltd. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Service Overview
Brandflow is a print-on-demand platform operated by Inspiration Gifts Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. Brandflow provides tools that allow merchants to connect third-party ecommerce stores, create and publish custom print-on-demand products, upload and manage artwork and designs, sync products and orders between platforms, place trade orders for personal or sample use, and outsource production, printing, and shipping of ordered items. We produce all orders on demand from our UK print facility and handle fulfilment directly to your customers. Brandflow is not a marketplace — we are a white-label fulfilment partner. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

Eligibility
To use Brandflow you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete account information, have the legal right to operate an ecommerce store and upload the artwork you submit, and comply with your connected store platform's own terms of service (e.g. Shopify Terms of Use). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Store Integrations
By connecting your ecommerce store to Brandflow, you grant us permission to read and sync your product catalogue, publish print-on-demand products to your store, read orders that contain Brandflow-fulfilled products, fulfil, update, and manage those orders on your behalf, and register webhooks and fulfilment services required for automation. You may disconnect your store at any time from within your Brandflow dashboard. Upon disconnecting, your product and order data remains in your Brandflow account for record-keeping purposes. Products already published to your store will not be automatically removed — you are responsible for managing those listings following disconnection.

User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all artwork, designs, logos, and product data you upload to Brandflow. By uploading content, you grant Inspiration Gifts Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, store and process artwork files to produce and preview products, and display product previews within your store and the Brandflow dashboard. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account, subject to any outstanding orders. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload it. If we receive a credible intellectual property complaint regarding your content, we reserve the right to suspend fulfilment of affected products while the matter is investigated.

Product Creation & Publishing
You are responsible for ensuring your artwork meets our technical specifications for quality, sizing, and placement, reviewing product previews before publishing, setting appropriate pricing and product variants in your connected store, and ensuring your products comply with your store platform's acceptable use policies. We reserve the right to refuse production of any content that is unlawful, prohibited, or that we reasonably consider harmful, including content depicting hate speech or incitement, graphic violence, pornographic or sexual material, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or any content that violates applicable UK law. We will notify you if a product is refused and provide a brief reason where possible.

Trade Orders ("Order for Me")Updated
Brandflow provides a trade order facility — referred to in the platform as "Order for me" — that allows merchants to place orders for themselves, for samples, or for personal use at trade pricing. Trade orders are distinct from customer orders. They are not processed through your connected store and are not subject to automated fulfilment. Instead, trade orders are received by our team and fulfilled manually. Pricing for trade orders is not displayed in advance and is agreed separately between you and Inspiration Gifts Ltd. We will contact you with a quote and payment terms following receipt of a trade order. Trade orders are subject to our standard production and dispatch timelines. We will confirm estimated turnaround at the time of agreement. By placing a trade order you confirm you are a registered Brandflow merchant acting in a business capacity.

Customer Orders & Fulfilment
When a customer purchases a product fulfilled by Brandflow through your connected store, the order is automatically imported into our system, we print, prepare, and dispatch the product to your customer, tracking information is sent back to your store and to the customer, and you are charged the agreed production and shipping cost. Fulfilment times vary by product. Dispatch times for each product in our catalogue are displayed within the Brandflow platform. Our core garment range dispatches within 48 hours of order receipt. Other products may have longer production windows. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, adverse weather, or incorrect customer address information provided at the point of order.

Pricing & Billing
Production costs and shipping rates for customer orders are displayed within the Brandflow platform at the time of product creation. By using the Service you authorise us to charge your registered payment method for production and shipping costs as customer orders are received, and any additional fees for express services where selected. For trade orders, pricing is agreed manually and invoiced separately. Payment terms for trade orders will be confirmed by our team at the time of agreement. Trade order invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. All fees and rates are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to production costs via email or an in-platform notice.

Refunds & Returns
Because all products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. We will replace or refund items that are damaged in transit, misprinted or defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To submit a claim, contact us at support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk with your order reference and photographic evidence of the issue. We may, at our discretion, require the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. This policy applies to customer orders fulfilled through Brandflow. Trade order queries are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Mockup Requests
Brandflow automatically generates front and back composite product shots when you create a product. You may also request custom lifestyle mockups through the platform. Custom mockup requests are handled by our team and are typically completed within 2 business hours during working hours, though this is not guaranteed. Mockup images produced by Brandflow for your products may be used by you freely for marketing, advertising, and store listings. We retain no claim to their use.

Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Brandflow account without notice if you violate these Terms, upload or submit prohibited content, abuse the platform or our team, or have outstanding unpaid charges that remain unresolved following reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk. Upon closure, outstanding orders in production will still be fulfilled and charged. Your data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.

Data Protection & PrivacyUpdated
Inspiration Gifts Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you use Brandflow, we act as a data controller for your account data and as a data processor when we handle your customers' personal data (including names, shipping addresses, and order details) on your behalf for the purpose of fulfilment. As a merchant using Brandflow, you are the data controller for your customers' data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of customer data, and your use of Brandflow to process it, complies with applicable data protection law, including having an appropriate legal basis for sharing customer data with us for fulfilment purposes. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiration Gifts Ltd is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, loss of data or business opportunity, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Brandflow. Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

Governing Law & DisputesUpdated
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally in the first instance. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us at support@inspiration-gifts.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond within 5 business days.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, applicable law, or business practices. We will notify you of significant changes by email to your registered address or via a notice within the Brandflow dashboard, with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
